Core Stories Unleashed (CSU) Community Terms & Conditions
Coaching: The live sessions are forums for open discussion. We respect your experience and expect that you respect the experience of others. If you wish to offer insight to another client, ask for permission first.
Account Security: Members must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials. Sharing or misuse of credentials is strictly prohibited.
Conduct: We do not tolerate abusive or threatening behavior towards us or other clients. While we rarely encounter such behavior, if it occurs, we may terminate your agreement immedaiately without any obligation to refund or provide any further service.
Continuity: You will have access to the CSU live calls, community, and resources from the moment you sign up, for as long as you are a member. If and when you stop being a member of CSU, your access to the calls, community, and resources will be revoked.
Copyright: All presentations, resources, exercises, frameworks, and templates are property of Story Captain Limited, and are for your own education only. No part of these may be reproduced, or repurposed in any form, or by any means, without prior permission from Story Captain LTD.
Ownership: Members retain rights to any content they share, but grant Story Captain LTD a license to use it within the community platform for educational purposes.
Third-Party Rights: Members are prohibited from posting content that violates others' intellectual property rights.
Confidentiality:
- Sensitive Information: Members must respect the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared within the community.
- Non-Disclosure: By participating, members agree to keep shared business ideas and strategies confidential to maintain trust and collaboration within the community.
Coaches: Any CSU live calls may be delivered by any facilitator within or outside of the company, as selected by the company for the primary purposes of providing variety and quality of coaching and support.
Changes: In order to maintain our values and standards, this may mean changing a focus, facilitator, or format. We maintain the right to make these changes to CSU on a one-off or ongoing basis.
Commitment: There are no guarantees, promises, or refunds. It is your personal responsibility to make time and space for the live sessions. No refunds will be provided for any reason. If you are unable to attend live, replays of the calls will be available to you.
Charges: Payments are charged weekly or 6-monthly. Payments will be automatically charged unless you let us know in 1-week in advance that you'd like to discontinue your membership. It’s your responsibility to ensure available funds for when your payment is due. If your account remains unpaid after 14 days, your access will be restricted.
Communication: Important information and resources will be contained within your CSU community. Any announcements will also be primarily communicated within the community. Please ensure that you have the relevant notifications enabled.
Questions and Review Requests: Any questions or review requests will be responded to by the community administrator as quickly as possible. However, there is no guarantee of a specific response timeframe.
Termination:
By Member: Members may terminate their accounts by providing written notice. Upon termination, access to all CSU resources and services will be revoked.
